Connor Terrell is a professional singer and songwriter teaching at Thrive. He earned a Bachelor of Music in Performance with a concentration in voice from Virginia Commonwealth University and is working on his master’s degree in Worship and Music from Liberty University Online. Ever since he was young, he has had a passion for performing and started taking acting classes at five years old. During his teenage years, he became more active in theatre through SPARC and participated in their musical productions. During his undergraduate studies, he took voice lessons from Dr. Kenneth Wood and continued performing on stage through VCU’s Opera program and their choral program as well, premiering two pieces with the Commonwealth Singers under the direction of Erin Freeman. Connor is also a professional voice actor and has produced two audio books in addition to lending his voice to a variety of projects. He can also be seen working at Kings Dominion in a variety of positions including participating in their Haunt and Winterfest seasons. Connor is a brother of Phi Mu Alpha and a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
